By accessing or using biolink ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

biolink provides a platform for creating and managing bio links, including features for sharing content, products, and social media links through customizable templates ("the Service"). We offer both free and paid subscription plans with different features and limitations.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant biolink a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Share malicious content or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Share content that is discriminatory, harmful, or inappropriate

6. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all paid features you select. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

7. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service for violations of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by biolink and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

biolink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. This includes loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these services, and your use of them is subject to their respective terms and policies.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which biolink operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
